Danica Medeiros believes that a person’s home can be a major driver of happiness and peace in their lives, and helping clients achieve this deep satisfaction in their purchase is her number one priority. Danica has nearly 20 years of professional experience, from customer service and administration in healthcare to business development and marketing with some of the largest and most innovative life sciences companies. Danica’s greatest strengths are an incredible attention to detail that helps avoid costly errors and an intuition that is keen to opportunities that benefit her buyers and sellers.

Growing up in Moultonborough, NH, the heart of the popular Lakes Region, Danica had a very entrepreneurial family and she watched, learned from, and worked alongside her parents. She attended Colby-Sawyer College and graduated with a BA in Communications with a Business minor.

Danica and her husband Mark went through several challenging real estate situations before they purchased their first home in Reading, MA in 2013, but the process was an amazing learning experience. They have lived in Reading ever since and have 3 daughters attending the public schools.

Ever wanting to meet new people and willing to try out new things, she volunteers at her daughters’ schools and participates in civic life as an election worker. She was a member of the Reading Newcomers Club and spent several years mentoring students in the Coaching for Teamwork and Leadership Program (CLTP) at Babson College. Danica is learning to speak in Spanish and in her free time studies financial technology and artificial intelligence (AI) and how they intersect with the real estate ecosystem.
