David Ladner has been in the business for 10 years and has been the Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Harmony since June 2020. After being in the business for 7 years and consistently breaking records on a regional and national level for RE/MAX, David decided to take the giant leap to become a Broker/Owner of his own RE/MAX franchise in the Greater Boston / North Shore area. The name, RE/MAX Harmony is representative of the way David and his team seamlessly practice proactive communication and best practices in order to consistently help their clients achieve their goals in a timely manner.

David had been a Top Producer in Sales for RE/MAX Andrew Realty Services for his first 7 years in the business. Since 2015, David has repeatedly reached RE/MAX Platinum Sales and in 2018 he helped 38 families achieve their goals, which earned him national recognition by becoming one of the newest members of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame. He was awarded the prestigious Chairman's Club Award in 2018, 2019, and 2020, the Titan Club Team Award in 2021, and the Diamond Club Team Award in 2022. Born in Boston and raised in Malden, MA, David has lived in eastern Massachusetts his whole life. He received a Bachelor's Degree in Management from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst. In 2011, after working in the Retail Management industry for 7 years he decided to purchase an investment property to start earning passive income.

He and his wife purchased their first home in Everett: a 4-Family home, where they lived in one unit and rented out the other three. Researching investment properties, going through the buying and negotiating stages, and starting renovations and repairs taught David many new skills. By going through this experience, he realized his passion for Real Estate. David and his wife purchased a second home, a single-family in Reading, MA in 2015 where they are currently raising their three young children.

Erin Gaffen brings her love of community and passion for helping others to her work as a REALTOR® at RE/MAX Harmony. She was inspired to become a real estate agent by her mother, who worked as a successful REALTOR® in Arlington, MA for over 30 years. Erin grew up in Arlington and has lived in the Greater Boston area for most of her life. She earned both a BA and a MA in Psychology from Wesleyan University in CT. She spent ten years working in special education as a teacher and an assistant principal in the Boston area while she earned her M.Ed. in Special education from UMASS Boston. Her experience in this capacity has enhanced her communication skills and compassion for others, which she is now applying to her clients at RE/MAX Harmony.

Erin and her husband’s first home was in Malden, MA, where they resided for several years. They moved to Reading, MA 15 years ago where they are currently raising their three sons. Erin has been an active member of the Reading community since settling down there. She has volunteered extensively in the schools, with a local mother’s group, at her church, and with a local women’s philanthropic group. Erin is an elected member of the Reading School Committee and Town Meeting. She has extensive knowledge of the town and is excited to share that with her clients.

Outside of real estate, Erin is an avid reader and has been a member of a book club for over ten years. Even though she is deeply rooted to the Boston area, Erin loves to travel, whether it be to explore a new city or to relax on a tropical beach. Meet Shannon Calamari-Kirwan.  A Melrose native, she is the definition of hustle and tenacity.  Her work ethic and athleticism from a very young age earned her a full scholarship to play basketball at Bentley University where she achieved a degree in Management and Marketing.  As she pursued her career in academic administration in both higher education and, currently, in secondary education, together with coaching women's basketball at the college and high school levels for 15 years, she finally made the decision to pursue real estate, something she has long had a passion for.

Colleen Vinetti is the Director of Operations for RE/MAX Harmony. Originally from Upstate New York, she now calls Andover, Massachusetts home. Colleen worked in the IT industry for 13 years and is grateful to have had the opportunity to hone her analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. She has always been interested in the real estate market and often found herself browsing through property listings in her free time. Eager for a new challenge and ready to take this hobby to the next level, Colleen made the career move into real estate.

Colleen obtained her Real Estate License and became a Notary Public. She is dedicated to building meaningful relationships with our clients and exceeding their expectations. Julie Ross - Director of Marketing

Julie Ross is the Director of Marketing for RE/MAX Harmony. She has always been drawn to real estate and was employed at a RE/MAX branch while earning her BA in Elementary Education at Salem State University. She then earned her M.Ed. in Reading at Lesley University and became a Reading Specialist. Julie’s experience as an educator allowed her to develop strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to be flexible, and maintain a sense of humor and empathy even when challenges arise.

After starting a family, Julie discovered a passion for design and decided to make a career change. She enrolled in a staging certification class and started a small staging business and also became the social media coordinator for a local interior design firm. Her current role with RE/MAX Harmony is a perfect match for her talents and interests because, with each new listing, Julie sees the potential in every home and has a keen insight into what buyers are looking for, making her a strong asset to our team.

Julie grew up in Wakefield and has called Reading home for the last 20 years with her husband, Ed, their two children, and rescue dog, Sherman. She has been involved in the community for many years, first with PTO and other school-related committees and now as an elected member of Town Meeting. In her spare time, Julie enjoys spending time with friends and family, gardening, reading, interior design, and traveling.
